Hi there Just to confirm safe arrival of an extremely well engineered stirrup pump with which I am very, very pleased. Up and running in less then 5 minutes thanks to the thoughtful user friendly design. It is much easier to use than the first one I purchased...... I recently, unwisely purchased a Webley pump made by I know not who and used it 11 times before it packed up, even just looking at the pumps side by side there is no comparison in finish or build quality. If you fancy a laugh let me know and I'll post the 'Webley' one off to you. Thanks again for your time, You'll no doubt be selling to me again. PS Might also be making a difference to the gun as it seems to be more consistent as regards accuracy. |

Yesterday, at about midday, I ordered a dry pac adaptor for your pump through your website. This morning, it arrived in the post, ie less than 24 hours after I ordered it. And you don't charge for delivery unlike most suppliers. I have been very happy with your pump itself as well. I am very impressed with all of this and just thought I would let you know. SJH |

The pump arrived this morning and I'd like to congratulate you on your excellent service. I feel both humbled and moved. I shall be singing your praises on the BBS tonight, so if you're liable to blushing, look away now. The Dry-Pac looks a fantastic piece of quality kit and not the simple bolt on plastic container I thought it would be. The pictures I've seen of it don't do it justice. RL USA |

Thank you very much for the pumps, they have arrived to Cluj-Napoca last Monday, but I have only seen them on Saturday when I've returned home. I must say that they are absolutely great! As an engineer I'm able to appreciate all those details that make the difference between top products and the ordinary ones. I am very pleased and so are the customers. I've sent 4 pumps to Bucharest (Romania's capital), one to a customer right here in Cluj and I've kept one for myself. N Romania |
